UberEats interactive market plan not only analysis the gap between what current customer expected and what company do, but also consider COVID-19 situation that giving recommendation to UberEats to improve brand images and profits.

We had found 4 kinds of customers. Each of them has different needs when they order food online. By comparing requirements from customers and the services UberEat has, we find out some areas that UberEats can improve.
